Overview
The home has 3 floors (2 floors with a fully finished, ground-level basement.) There will be 6-8 bedrooms and 4-5 bathrooms in the house depending on the customer’s desires. The side of the house facing the lake will have a full-size deck that has access to the kitchen, dining area, and family room.

Ground Floor

The ground floor will be completely customizable to match the buyer’s taste and desires. The current plan of the ground level includes a sauna room, mechanical/utility room, a large lower level walk-out guest/entertainment area with access to the patio and backyard, a full bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms and a high 9-foot ceiling.
